Puerto Rico Man Dies From Zika-Related Condition

Description

A man was reported dead on Friday in Puerto Rico from a paralyzing condition related to Zika. According to state epidemiologist Brenda Rivera, the man was between 35 and 45 years old, and died from Guillain-Barre syndrome. This condition can cause temporary paralysis and in rare cases, death. Rivera noted that it's uncommon for the victim to be so young.
