A small town cemetery is almost destroyed following the magnitude 6.2 earthquake that rocked Italy, Deborah Lutterbeck reports.
Drone footage filmed on Thursday morning shows the ruins of the earthquake-stricken city of Pescara del Tronto in the Le Marche region of central Italy. The footage shows the complete devastation of the small town, with empty shells of houses poking out from rubble littering the streets as far as the eye can see. The earthquake has decimated medieval towns, destroying centuries old buildings and churches.
The death toll in central Italy's devastating earthquake rose sharply overnight, with officials saying hopes of finding more survivors is diminishing by the hour. Mana Rabiee reports.
