During a press briefing in Washington DC, on Thursday, US President Barack Obama discussed the positive progress being made against the self-proclaimed Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL).
Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump called on his supporters to get smart and tough, during a rally in Clairsville, Ohio, on Tuesday. Trump's remarks came in the wake of Tuesday's bomb attack in Istanbul Ataturk airport that reportedly killed an estimated 36 people.
Donald Trump got out the chart of President Obama and Hillary Clinton proposed refugee counts from Syria. He does not want Syrian refugees coming to the United States and wants to build safe camps for them in the Middle east. He says it may be one of the great trojan horses to let the Syrians into our country now with the threat of ISIS infiltration.
Donald Trump says he would rather be at his rally's and running for President than home taking it easy or in the sun at Mar-a-Lago. He pulls out his chart on the national debt and then rakes the President over the coals for the numbers.
Donald Trump tells the crowd in Florida we should never have gone to Iraq. He also says once we were there we should not have left so quickly as that opened the door for Isis. In addition he says that we should have kept all the oil in Iraq once we took over the country to pay for all the war costs. Let us know what you think about this.
