  • Trump Campaign Abandons Arizona Lawsuit Seeking Ballot Review

Lawyers for the Trump campaign have dropped the Arizona lawsuit that sought a review of all ballots cast on Election Day. The decision to abandon the suit came after finding Biden's margin of victory could not be overcome. According to CNN, Trump lawyers filed the lawsuit on Saturday alleging some voters were confused on Election Day. According to the suit confused voters thought their votes were not counted. They also thought vote tabulation machines classified their ballots as overvotes. They were seeking a hand review of any ballots flagged by the machine as overvotes. Lawyers and the Secretary of State filed papers showing the difference in votes is too large to overcome. The difference between Biden and Trump is 11,414 with 10,315 ballots left to be counted.

  • Well Played: Greta Thunberg Tosses Back Trump's Condescending Tweet

US President Donald Trump has been furiously and hysterically tweeting about various states' ballot-counting processes. He's argued that votes still being counted in vital battleground states such as Michigan and Pennsylvania should be dismissed. However, HuffPost reports he's been dished out the same condescending advice from the same young environmentalist he gave it to. Greta Thunberg tweeted that Trump should 'chill,' 'work on his Anger Management problem' and watch a 'good old fashioned movie with a friend. Trump originally used the 'anger management' line against Thunberg in December 2019 after the teen was named Time’s Person of the Year.

According to Business Insider, officials have confirmed none of the ballots were damaged in the flood. Georgia is considered a critical swing state that experts say President Trump will need to take this year to win the election. An elections board official said he doesn't think the results will be counted and ready for release until Friday.

  • Ignoring The Truth, Trump Insists Election Results Will Be Called On The Same Day

A record-shattering 100 million Americans cast their ballots in the 2020 general election before polls opened Tuesday. CNN reports the millions of mail-in ballots are expected to lead to a delay in the counting of votes once the polls close. Nevertheless, President Donald Trump has continued to falsely claim that the count is supposed to be completed by Election Night. His stance is politically beneficial because more GOP voters are expected to show up on Election Day, while more Democrats are expected to vote through the mail. Even before polls opened on Election Day, both presidential camps were gearing up for legal confrontations. The changes to voting rules due to the pandemic sparked a litany of court cases over rules related to voting and the counting of ballots.

  • Trump To Vulnerable GOP Senators: It's Not You, It's Me. All Me.

As President Donald Trump crosses the country in a last-minute frenzy of campaign stumping, he's given short shrift to down-ballot Republican senators. Speaking in Arizona on Wednesday, CNN reports Trump offered a mortifyingly dismissive introduction to the state's vulnerable GOP senator, Martha McSally. Martha, just come up fast. Fast. Fast. Come on. Quick. You got one minute! One minute, Martha! They don't want to hear this, Martha. Come on. Let's go. Quick, quick, quick. Come on. Let's go. US President Donald J. Trump Polls have shown McSally facing a tough reelection battle against her Democratic challenger, former astronaut Mark Kelly. And as they have in other tighter-than-expected Senate races, Trump's divisive behavior has been blamed for dragging down McSally's prospects. While she is still courting Trump supporters, she refused to say whether she was proud of the president during a recent Senate debate with Kelly.
