U.N. council to vote on Aleppo truce resolution, faces Russian veto

As explosions continue to rock Syria, the United Nations is preparing to vote on a draft resolution that demands an immediate end to air strikes and military flights over the Syrian city of Aleppo. Jillian Kitchener reports.
