Nearly 3,700 migrants were rescued from boats near the coast of Libya over the weekend and even more rescue operations are expected as people smugglers take advantage of calm seas. Jillian Kitchener reports.
Hundreds of migrants wait to be processed by US authorities in Eagle Pass, Texas, after crossing the US-Mexico border. The state's Republican governor signed a bill on Monday that would allow state police to arrest and deport migrants who cross illegally into the United States from Mexico.
