Health Officials Plead With Congress To Pass Zika Funding

Concerns are growing as the Zika virus continues to spread rapidly throughout Florida and Puerto Rico. Recently, public officials have been struggling to accumalte funds in order to fight the virus and are having little help from the government. However, now that Congress is back in session, officials are hoping they will pass Zika funding. This is seen as the last hope as Zika is found to be spreading in more ways than one, and is becoming more difficult to contain.
