Police Killings 'Not Just a Black Issue' but 'An American Issue' - Obama

Description

President Barack Obama commented on two recent police killings of black men in the US during an address delivered in Warsaw on Thursday evening. The two incidents occurred in Louisiana, where Alton Sterling was shot outside a Baton Rouge convenience store, and Minnesota, where Philando Castile was shot and killed during a routine traffic stop.
