Aleppo aid truck attack a "very, very dark day for humanitarians": U.N.

Description

The United Nations suspended aid convoys across Syria after an air strike hit relief trucks near the city of Aleppo on Monday night, killing at least one aid worker and around 20 civilians. Nathan Frandino reports.

    Security has been visibly stepped up across France on Friday, following the deadly attack in Nice the previous evening when a truck was driven through a crowd of people celebrating Bastille Day, leaving at least 84 dead and around 100 injured.     Leaving his house in London on Friday morning the newly appointed British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson condemned the fatal attacks in Nice on Thursday as "an absolutely appalling incident." Johnson added that he would be looking into any implications of the attack for the UK. A truck was driven into the Bastille Day crowds killing at least 84 on Thursday evening. The driver, a French citizen of Tunisian origin, was shot and killed by security forces at the scene. French President Francois Hollande has extended the State of Emergency.
