At least 12 people are dead after al Shabaab militants from neighboring Somalia blow up part of a hotel in Kenya's Mandera.

As the death toll rises in a Nairobi building collapse, Kenyan authorities tell residents in some 200 nearby homes to leave the area in case other structures are also at risk of collapsing following heavy rains. Mana Rabiee reports.
