The death of a teenaged Texas driver last week is the 10th linked to defective Takata air bags in the United States, regulators and automaker Honda confirmed on Wednesday.

In the largest automotive recall in U.S. history, Takata Corp is struggling to replace potentially deadly air bag inflators to nearly 34 million vehicles. Jillian Kitchener reports.
Takata Corp, whose potentially defective air bags have been linked to four deaths in the U.S.tates, has warned of a bigger full-year loss and skipped its dividend.
