Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that the UN "has become a moral farce", and called the Human Rights Council a 'joke' as he was gave his address at the United Nations General Assembly in New York, Thursday. Footage released by the White House shows President Obama and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu speaking as they met on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly (UNGA) in New York. The United States signed an agreement with Israel to provide the Israeli military with $38 billion in funding over 10 years, at a ceremony in Washington DC on Wednesday. This is the largest sum the US has provided to any country.
