"No Guts, No Glory" - US Female Skater Mirai Nagasu Recalls Landing Triple Axel


US figure skater Mirai Nagasu talked about becoming the first woman from the US and only the 3rd ever to land a Triple Axel at the Winter Olympics in a press conference in Pyeongchang on Sunday. 24-year-old Nagasu landed the rare jump on February 11 during the figure skating team competition , lifting Team USA to bronze. The triple axel is a forward-facing jump with three and a half rotations.

The hard work paid off as she helped the U.S. secure a bronze medal in the team event.
