Will An EU, UK Brexit Deal Be Reported Friday?

Britain and the European Union might be very close to signing a Brexit "divorce deal." The EU expects British prime minister Theresa May to formally agree to a Brexit deal by Friday. May is reportedly close to finalising a new deal, and is seeking approval from Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar and the Northern Irish DUP. Julian Smith also sent a tweet at midnight Thursday suggesting a deal for phase one of Brexit negotiations had been reached. he wrote, "I will continue to do everything I can to ensure that the views of @Conservatives MPs are fully reflected in phase 2,".
