Ceta : Hulot veut des "garde-fous", comme un "veto climatique"

Nicolas Hulot souhaite mettre en place des "garde-fous" sur le Ceta, l'accord de libre-échange entre les Canada et l'Union européenne. Par exemple, précise-t-il, il y aura ce qu'il appelle le "veto climatique". En clair, l'idée est qu'aucun investisseur ne puisse attaquer les engagements climatiques pris par la France. Le ministre de l'Ecologie veut également que les produits importés soient soumis "aux mêmes exigences de réduction des émissions de CO2 que ceux produits au sein du marché intérieur".
