Bangalore (India), Nov 10 (EFE/EPA).- (Camera:Jagadeesh NV) A special motorcycle display team of the Indian army on Tuesday claimed to have set a Guinness world record when one of its members rode a motorbike through a 127 meters (416.6 feet) long tunnel of fire, breaking the earlier record of 120.4 meters possessed by two riders from South Africa. The Army Supply Corps (ASC) Motorcycle Display Team, dubbed the "Tornadoes," is known for performing stunts at national events as well as display shows in India and abroad. FOOTAGE OF THE TORNADOS
The Dallas Museum of Art attempted to set a Guinness World Record on Thursday by gathering the largest group of people dressed as Frida Kahlo in one place. Each participant had to adhere to Guinness guidelines, including dressing in a knee-length flower-print dress, wearing a red or pink shawl in addition of having at least three flowers in his or her hair. The event was organised to commemorate the famous Mexican artist's 110th birthday. Guinness is expected to announce in few weeks if the DMA pulled off the record.
Every dog breed has their own human fan club, and English Bulldogs are no exception. Around 950 bulldogs and their human best friends participated in a huge parade through the centre of Mexico City on Sunday, strutting their stuff in attempt to break a new world record. The canine lover were trying set a new record for the most English Bulldogs walking together for one kilometer. Bulldog owners from across Mexico travelled to the capital especially for the event. Organizers made sure that every dog owner had a special sport shirt with a number so that it would be easier to count up the hundreds of attendees. The group will have to wait for Guinness World Records to officially recognize the walk, but organizers believes that they surpassed the previous one record by more than 200 bulldogs.
