A Russian man who left his car on a hill in Penza during a snow storm was forced to chase it down the street after it rolled away last Tuesday. It's no wonder that this monster hill is known by locals as the Bewitched Mountain. We weren't able to get footage of how the car came to a stop, but something tells us that's probably for the best.
Footage provided to Ruptly by Mari Uvarova shows the moment that one man in Chelyabinsk held on tight to a baby stroller from the passenger side window of a moving car down a busy street on Thursday. A stunned passer-by captured the video as the navy blue Lada sped down a two-lane street through the centre of the city, with the bright green pram acting as a sidecar. It is not known if there was a child inside the stroller when it was being pulled, but eyewitnesses reported that the car was pulled over by police shortly after the video ends. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
