Darya Trepova, a 26-year-old accused of killing a military blogger and supporter of Moscow's Ukraine offensive, appears in court for her case's first hearing. Russian investigators say Ukraine orchestrated the attack on Vladlen Tatarsky, which took place at a cafe in Saint Petersburg in April. Trepova is alleged to have gifted Tatarsky a statuette, which exploded minutes later, killing the blogger and wounding more than 30 others. On Wednesday, the Supreme Court received a bomb threat during President-elect Joe Biden's inauguration ceremony. Greek police early Tuesday defused a bomb left outside of the Athens home of a controversial senior prosecutor, a police source say. Supreme Court deputy prosecutor Isidoros Dogiakos in 2013 had overseen the high-profile investigation that put leading members of the neo-Nazi Golden Dawn party on trial following the murder of an anti-fascist musician.
