Germany’s First-Ever Driverless Bus Hits the Road in Bavaria

The drive to get driverless vehicles on the roads is in full swing in Germany as the European nation marked a historic event in the development of self-driving public transportation. Germany’s first driverless passenger bus was launched by the German railway company Deustche Bahn in Bavaria on Wednesday. The system, called EasyTen, is a white and red minibus with a capacity of 12 passengers who can summon the vehicle through an app.
