Spring snow storm slams Washington

Description

The fourth significant snow storm in three weeks is pounding the US Northeast, cancelling hundreds of flights and closing schools and federal offices on the second official day of spring. In the federal capital Washington, where three to eight inches of the white stuff are expected, schools are closed and federal government offices have gone into shutdown. IMAGES
