Assange supporters' protest arrives at 10 Downing Street

Description

Supporters of Julian Assange arrive outside 10 Downing Street to call for his release after a UK court hearing over whether to grant the WikiLeaks founder a fresh appeal against his extradition to the United States to face espionage charges concluded in London. Washington indicted Assange multiple times between 2018 and 2020 over Wikileaks's publication of hundreds of thousands of secret military and diplomatic files on the US-led wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
