After the market launch of the compact sedan of the PEUGEOT 308 at the beginning of the year, the focus is now on the station wagon variant PEUGEOT 308 SW, which will be launched in June 2022. The new PEUGEOT 308 has a characterful design and bears the brand's new coat of arms.The new PEUGEOT 308 SW offers modern driver assistance systems such as the blind spot assistant with a range of 75 meters or the parking aid with a 360° view of the surroundings. The new PEUGEOT i-Cockpit features i-Connect Advanced, an infotainment system that is intuitive, connected and modern.True to the ""Power of Choice"" strategy, the PEUGEOT 308 is available as a compact sedan and as an estate variant with various combustion (diesel and petrol) and hybrid engines. As a plug-in hybrid, the PEUGEOT 308 and the PEUGEOT 308 SW offer the same spaciousness as the combustion engine variants.
The electrification of the PEUGEOT range began three years ago with the launch of the e-208 and, since then, 100% electric models (e-208, e-2008, Traveller and Expert) and plug-in hybrids (3008 and 508) stamped with the Lion have made their mark on the market. In the first five months of 2021, PEUGEOT is the second best-selling generalist brand in Europe in terms of overall sales and is already the third best-selling generalist brand for electrified vehicles. The PEUGEOT e-208 and e-2008 are in second place in their respective BEV segments, gaining segment share month after month.
The new PEUGEOT e-PARTNER features:a range of up to 275 km according to the WLTP cycle (currently being approved)2 lengths (Standard and Long)2 silhouettes: van (up to 3 seats) and extended cab (up to 5 seats)towing capacity up to 750 kga payload of up to 800 kga load volume of up to 4.4m³, exactly the same as the petrol version.Based on the EMP2 (Efficient Modular Platform) multi-energy platform, the PEUGEOT e-PARTNER comes with a 100% electric engine with a maximum power of 100 kW (136 bhp) and a maximum torque of 260 Nm available from start-up for immediate responsiveness, with no vibration, noise, gear shifting or odour and, of course, absolutely no CO2 emissions.
