Under constant pressure from her captors to perform the fatal surgery, Yael lives daily with the very real and growing threat to her family. An atmosphere of increasing mistrust and paranoia develops between the hostages and the Kidnappers whilst Yael balances the preservation of her family against the life of the Prime Minister in this gripping and twisting ten-part part drama.

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak says that he will "not allow" the European Court of Human Rights to block flights deporting illegal migrants to Rwanda from the UK, under a new bill being introduced in parliament. Previous attempts to send migrants to Rwanda have been stymied by court rulings against the UK government, and the prime minister is now under pressure from his own party to come up with a working policy to deter illegal migration.
