Donald Trump's motorcade arrives at Oxbridge Academy in West Palm Beach, Florida, where the former US president, taking a one-day break from his hush money criminal trial in New York, is attending his youngest son Barron Trump's high school graduation. Barron, 18, withdrew from his political debut as a delegate at the Republican Party convention in July after the Florida Republican Party nominated him as a delegate in early May. IMAGES
Mar-a-Lago is President Donald Trump's private club in Palm Beach, Florida. Business Insider reports that Mar-a-lago is the First Family's "gilded getaway." It's where the Trumps are widely speculated to retreat to following Trump's exit from office. Trump's neighbors aren't thrilled at the prospect of the former President moving in next door. The luxe property was closed for about 57 days amid the coronavirus pandemic. It has previously hosted visitors like the prime minister of Japan.
Donald Trump Jr. has tested positive for COVID-19. According to Business Insider, the president's eldest son, tested positive for the virus earlier this week. A spokesman for Trump Jr. told reporters that the president's son is not having any symptoms of the virus. Trump Jr. has reportedly been isolating since he received his positive test. Trump Jr.'s infection comes after several other members of the Trump family and Trump Jr.'s girlfriend was also infected. President Trump, his wife Melania, and son Baron, as well as Trump Jr.'s girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle, have all been infected with the virus.
Mike Bloomberg has poured over $1 billion into 2020 election cycle during his short-lived presidential term and after he dropped out. He spent a huge amount of money a variety of races and ads. He did not get the results he was looking for. Business Insider reports Biden spent $115 million on ads in support of Joe Biden in Florida, Ohio, and Texas. Biden lost all three key states. Bloomberg also invested millions into local races, almost all of which have been won by Republicans or have not yet been called.
