The Harry Hill Movie Teaser Trailer - In UK Cinemas 20th December

Description

What would you do if you thought your hamster only had a week to live, your chickens are attacking you with machine guns, and your Nan is just not giving you the space to spread your wings? When Harry and his petrol drinking Nan (Julie Walters) discover their hamster is seriously ill they set off on a road trip to Blackpool pursued by a lunatic vet (Simon Bird). Along the way, Harry falls in love with an undersea shell person (Sheridan Smith), witnesses canine superstars The Dachsund Five, and meets indie rock band The Magic Numbers - who run a B'n'B. It all culminates in a fight on top of The Blackpool Tower. Who could be behind it all? Could it be Harry's evil twin Otto (Matt Lucas), who was separated from Harry at birth and brought up by Alsatians? Based on a true story, it's all singing, all dancing family entertainment from the big collared loon himself. Harry Hill (BAFTA-winning "TV Burp") will be joined in his much anticipated film debut by a host of Britain's favourite comedy actors, including Julie Walters (Billy Elliot), Simon Bird (The Inbetweeners Movie), Matt Lucas (Bridesmaids), Sheridan Smith (Gavin and Stacey), Marc Wootton (Nativity), Julian Barratt (The Mighty Boosh) and Jim Broadbent (Bridget Jones's Diary).

Under the mistaken impression that his pet hamster, Abu, is ill Harry Hill and his Nan (Julie Walters) take him to the vet, who wrongly gives them the tragic news that Abu has one week to live. Harry, who thinks he speaks fluent hamster (but, in fact, misunderstands every squeak that comes out of his little pal's mouth), incorrectly thinks Abu's dying wish is a trip to Blackpool. With Nan making three, the trio embark on a road trip to the seaside town. Unbeknownst to them, the Vet is actually the dirty rotten henchman of Harry's evil twin brother Otto (Matt Lucas), who was raised separately by Alsatians. Addicted to Hula-Hoops and fuelled by revenge, Otto's nefarious plot is to kidnap Abu and make him the centrepiece of the plastinated hamster world he's creating in his evil lair. Can Harry and Nan stop Otto before it's too late?
