Some Democrats Are Seeking Distance From Divisive Party Members

Description

The most endangered House Democrats in the 2020 election are growing tired of their more outspoken, liberal colleagues. According to Politico, moderate Democrats are the ones who delivered the House majority in 2018. Those same Dems now want voters to know they’re not Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Rashida Tlaib, or Ilhan Omar. They haven’t all blindly signed on to the "Green New Deal." They haven't been widely accused of anti-Semitism. They aren't hungry to impeach President Donald Trump.
