Millions hit in Manila water shortages

Residents of Addition Hills in Manila queue up to receive water from a mobile tank and fire trucks. The Philippines capital has been hit by its worst water shortage in years, leaving bucket-bearing families to wait hours at tanker trucks and some hospitals to turn away less urgent cases.
