Vladivostok ready to host Putin-Kim summit

Vladivostok will host Thursday a first summit between Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. The talks will be Kim's first face-to-face meeting with another head of state since his Hanoi summit with US President Donald Trump broke down in February without a deal on the North's nuclear arsenal.
