Amazon Prime To Make One Day Shipping Standard

Amazon is upping the ante to stay competitive. Business Insider reports that on a Thursday earnings call, Amazon announced that they're moving from a two-day Prime shipping guarantee to a one-day guarantee. There are currently over 100 million packages available for two day shipping. Over the next year their goal is to make more good available for one-day shipping. Business Insider says that the move is to not only put distance between their competitors, but also make Prime more of a draw.
