'Immortals' marks the organization's first foray into ongoing episodic TV.

    According to a report by Comicbook.com, Deadpool 2 has officially dethroned Marvel's Avengers: Infinity War as the number one film at the box office. 20th Century Fox's latest X-Men movie took in 53.3 million-dollars in its first day at the box office and 125 million-dollars for the entire weekend, making it the second-best opening weekend for an R-rated film ever. The first 'Deadpool' movie still holds the record with a 132.4 million dollar opening weekend in 2016.

    WWE superstar John Cena is said to be one of two tentative front-runners for the adult superhero version of Billy Batson in the upcoming DCEU film 'Shazam!' According to rumors from 'The Hashtag Show' over the weekend, the role of Shazam! is down to Cena and actor Joshua Sasse. As of now, it’s too early to tell if Cena or Sasse will end up getting the part, but the film's director David F. Sandberg, did hint recently that official casting could be announced soon. With Shazam! officially in pre-production, DC fans will probably get some answers on its cast in the near future.
