Volvo Car UK is redefining the new car test drive as an authentically premium service with the introduction of its new Test Drive+ programme across its retailer network. Test Drive+ is tailored to meet customers’ needs and preferences throughout the process, from a convenient booking service to providing the car they are interested in at a location and for a length of time that suits them best.To design the details of Test Drive+, Volvo has analysed and responded to customer feedback on how people perceive the purpose of a test drive, their opinions of the traditional format and the improvements they would value. The result reflects Volvo’s human-centred approach to delivering the freedom of mobility, with a comprehensive and flexible test drive concept developed specifically to make customers’ lives easier and more convenient.
