The casket of Formula One legend and Austrian national hero Niki Lauda is brought out of Vienna's landmark cathedral after a funeral ceremony attended by a host of F1 stars including world champion Lewis Hamilton. IMAGES
He started in Formula 1 between 1971 and 1985 and became world champion three times. As a 19-year-old - in his first race, the mountain race on April 15, 1968 in Bad Mühllacken - Lauda was second in a class with a Mini Cooper S 1300 right off the bat.Lauda's first Formula 1 race was the Grand Prix of Austria on 15 August 1971 for March-Ford, where he failed. Queen Elizabeth II's coffin leaves St Giles' Cathedral in Edinburgh for a flight back to London where it will be displayed to the public for several days ahead of her funeral next week. The monarch's only daughter Princess Anne is accompanying the casket which will be flown from Edinburgh to an air base west of London before the coffin procession makes its way to Buckingham Palace.
