British Prime Minister David Cameron confirms a U.S. air strike on the Islamic State stronghold of Raqqa in Syria targeted British Jihadist Mohammed Emwazi, but says he cannot be certain the Islamic militant, known as "Jihadi John", was killed. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
