James Bond producer Barbara Broccoli has confirmed the next star to play the role will be male, but could be "of any colour".

The 'Crazy Rich Asians' star has surprisingly seen himself be tipped as a future 007 but he is rooting for Idris Elba to get the job.
Daniel Radcliffe has ruled himself out of the running to play James Bond when Daniel Craig leaves the role and thinks it's "ridiculous" for anyone to think he could be the next 007.
'Hobbs & Shaw' originally included a line where Idris Elba in character referred to himself as "the black James Bond" but the actor had it cut as it was "too close" to speculation about him playing 007 in the future.
