The Public Prosecutor of Thies in Senegal, Abdoulaye Ba promises to be unrelenting with whomever is found responsible for a fire which caused the death of eleven newborn babies in a hospital in Senegal's western city of Tivaouane. The fire, caused by a short circut, is the latest in a series of hospital deaths that have exposed the weaknesses of the nation's healthcare system.
