Two people were seriously injured on Friday when an apparent terrorist shooting aboard a high speed train from Amsterdam to Paris was foiled by several passengers who tackled the gunman and restrained him.

Footage emerged of the aftermath of the scene of a train crash at New Jersey's Hoboken terminal, which killed at least one person and left 108 injured earlier on Thursday.
