Preliminary examination of the flight data recorders from the Russian airliner which crashed in Egypt’s Sinai peninsula on Saturday indicates the jet was not struck from the outside.

The Russian Defense Ministry says a Russian Sukhoi Su-27 fighter jet, part of an aerobatic team, has crashed outside Moscow killing the pilot. Nathan Frandino reports.
According to information received by Reuters, an airline mechanic may have helped plant the bomb which brought down a Russian MetroJet flight over Egypt in November.
A photograph released in an ISIS propaganda magazine shows a can bomb, which is the same kind of bomb that supposedly took down Russian Metrojet 7K9268 over Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula last month.
