MSF: Unsure if U.S. strike on hospital was a mistake

Medical aid group Medecins Sans Frontieres says it is hard to believe a mistake caused a deadly U.S. strike on an Afghan hospital last month, as it had reports of fleeing people being shot from an aircraft. Jillian Kitchener reports.

The U.S. has taken responsibility for a deadly air strike on a hospital run by medical charity Doctors Without Borders or Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) in the northeastern Afghanistan city of Kunduz.
