The marine activist is a friend of direct confrontation on the high seas. If that meant ramming a boat he believed was engaged in poaching, then by god, that boat was getting rammed. Impervious to threats, with more than one nation issuing warrants for his arrest, Watson continues to intervene on behalf of his “clients”: the ocean creatures endangered by overfishing and illegal activities on the high seas. Immense artiste, elle est aussi une activiste infatigable, qui, depuis des années, se bat contre la puissante et controversée famille Sackler, propriétaire d'un groupe pharmaceutique responsable de la crise des opioïdes aux Etats-Unis et dans le monde. "Toute la beauté et le sang versé" (All The Beauty and The Bloodshed) nous mène au cœur de ses combats artistiques et politiques, mus par l’amitié, l’humanisme et l’émotion. -- De documentaire toont het leven, de carrière en het activisme van Goldin aan de hand van unieke opnames, persoonlijke interviews en haar baanbrekende fotografie. Goldin ontvluchtte haar traumatische jeugd en vond haar eigen scene waarin vrijheid en seksuele onafhankelijkheid een belangrijke rol speelden. Haar persoonlijke inspiratie kwam tot uiting in haar fotografie.
