Xu Zhilin, a 62-year-old man from Chengdu, is the buffest grandpa in China. The muscular senior has not always been this herculean, and started hitting the gym at the ripe age of 40. While looking fit and flawless on the surface, Xu Zhilin has been struggling with health problems related and had to tweak his workout routine. Xu proves that people can continue to be healthy at any age if they have the will to hit the gym.
