Bogotá, Apr 27 (EFE) .- Thousands of Colombian workers in the construction and manufacturing sectors returned to work in a confusing day due to the opposition of some mayors to the controversial relaxation of quarantine by the coronavirus authorized by the Government.(CAMERA: Juan Diego López)
