Zambia's opposition leader Hakainde Hichilema was on Monday declared winner of a hotly contested presidential election after capturing more than 2.8 million votes. Venezuelan opposition leader Maria Corina Machado holds a rally ahead of the July 28 presidential election. Machado, who overwhelmingly won the opposition primary, was declared ineligible by a Maduro-aligned court.
