African rights group aborts protest amid magazine racism probe

A dozen people attempt to demonstrate in front of the headquarters of the magazine Valeurs Actuelles to protest against the publication of a "political fiction" depicting far-left MP Danielle Obono as a slave. On Saturday evening, activists from the Black African Defence League broke into the magazine's premises to denounce "incitement to anti-black hatred". IMAGES
