Berlin, Jun 23 (EFE/EPA).- The Olympic Stadium in Berlin was illuminated Wednesday night with the colors of the LGTBIQ flag on the occasion of the UEFA EURO 2020 group F preliminary round soccer match between Germany and Hungary in Munich. UEFA on Tuesday rejected a request from the city of Munich to illuminate the Allianz Arena in rainbow colors for that match. The move was seen as a protest against a new law in Hungary that bans anyone under 18 from sharing content, which the government believes promotes homosexuality or gender change.
