Tehran (Iran), Oct 5 (EFE), (Camera: Marina Villén).- Abdolhamid Shamsollahi left his studies to fight the war. He was detained by Iraqi troops and spent almost nine years in prison.Four decades after the start of the Iraq-Iran war, he keeps the same spirit of resistance despite the hardships suffered. Shamsollahi was captured during the Operation Ramadan, launched by Iran in 982 near the Iraqi city of Basra.
