A disagreement in an Atlanta Saks Fifth Avenue parking lot led to the accidental death of a 7-year-old girl on Saturday. Newser reports Kennedy Maxie's aunt was driving near the high-end shopping mall on Monday when she heard gunfire. It was then that she realized her niece had been hit. Police don't believe their vehicle was the intended target. The aunt drove Kennedy to the hospital immediately, where she underwent surgery. Sadly, she did not survive her injuries. Our hearts are broken by the senseless murder of Kennedy. We urge the public to provide information that will lead to the arrests of the careless and heartless people responsible. Interpol has warned that criminal organizations are planning to infiltrate or disrupt supply chains related to COVID-19 vaccines. But that's not the only way bad guys might try to cash in on the coming global vaccine bonanza. According to Business Insider, groups may try to sell counterfeit or expired vaccines, on a small-scale or a large-scale basis. Criminals may also try to 'sell' vaccines online, in an attempt to steal personal data and credit card numbers. They may also try to extort companies, or hold supply chains hostage in return for ransom money. Finally, they could do a better job than governments at vaccinating neighborhoods, thereby installing themselves as a semi-legitimate, parallel government.

CNN reports that the living legend shared in the latest issue of Marie Claire magazine that she never wants to be caught short if disaster strikes. I have to always stay ready -- street-ready, I always say. I have to be ambulance-ready at all times, if I get sick or something. Dolly Parton Parton joked she even wears high heels when she's at home, cooking, because she needed to be able to reach her cabinets. The living legend is currently making press rounds promoting her holiday album, 'A Holly Dolly Christmas.'
