Renault revealed its new driverless concept vehicle called the EZ-GO at the Geneva International Motor Show on Tuesday. EZ-GO is a Level 4 driverless vehicle, so it can change lanes, turn at an intersection, and keep a safe distance from the vehicle in front of it. Users will be able to access the EZ-GO from an app or from fixed locations and will enter through a hatch which opens at the front of the vehicle, which also make the auto wheelchair accessible. The EZ-GO can accomodate up to 6 people at a time and features a U-shaped seating arrangement, making the ride a social experience.

World renown sports car manufacturer Ferrari is at it again. The Italian company released its latest beautiful road demon, called the 812 Superfast, at International Geneva Motor Show on Wednesday. Powered by a 6.5 liter V12 engine capable of generating a whopping 789 horsepower, the 812 Superfast is Ferrari’s fastest ever supercar, able to bolt from 0 to 60 in just 2.9 seconds and can exceed speeds of 210 miles per hour. Ferrari's latest model is priced at $308,000 dollars, but, even if you've got the cash, you won't be able to get one - the 812 Superfast is already sold out for 2017. Ferrari CEO Sergio Marchionne pointed out that the company's strategy lies in first being sure of demand and then making sure to produce less cars than the demand to stay exclusive. The 87th edition of the Geneva International Motor Show has open its doors for second day for industry specialists and journalists on Monday and will be available to the public from March 9-19. The organisers of the 2017 Geneva Motor show are expecting more than 700,000 visitors this year.
Italdesign and Airbus unveiled the 'Pop.Up', the world's first fully electric, zero emission, drone-carried vehicle, at the Geneva International Motor Show on Tuesday. The 'flying car' was designed to help relieve traffic congestion in cities by simply flying out of traffic. The car's driver sits in a frame that is fitted within an autonomous car. When traffic builds up, the driver has the opportunity to escape through calling a drone on their iPhone to wherever they are sitting. The drone then lifts the capsule into the air, and carries it and the driver off to unpolluted freedom. Of course, flying cars present many problems with air traffic control and safety, so the technology is not quite ready for mass adoption, but the concept is exciting. Mercedes AMG officially unveiled its newest 600 bhp plus AMG GT concept car at the Geneva Motor Show in Switzerland on Tuesday. The new concept car is the brainchild of AMG top executive Tobias Moers and was created to celebrate Mercedes-AMG's 50th anniversary. The AMG concept features a four-door saloon design and a coupe-like roofline. Under the hood, the Mercedes-AMG GT packs a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 engine with an output of over 600 bhp. The engine is also expected to be paired with AMG's 7-speed transmission. The Mercedes-AMG GT will go head-to-head with a revered list of competition which includes the BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe, the Porsche Panamera, and the Audi S7. The production version of the car is expected to hit the road in the latter half of 2018.
