    According to Reuters, Former Nissan Chairman Carlos Ghosn is out on bail again. The disgraced automotive executive was first arrested in Tokyo late last year due to allegations of financial misconduct. He was released from jail a second time on April 25th, after paying $4.5 million for bail. Ghosn also agreed to limit contact with his wife as he awaits trial. Prosecutors at a court in Tokyo appealed his release, which was rejected by the court.

Japanese prosecutors raided the disgraced auto executive's Tokyo residence early in the morning on April 3rd. At least 14 officials entered the residence shortly before 6 a.m. local time,and asked Ghosn to voluntarily head to the prosecutor’s office. Although it is not clear why prosecutors raided his residence, it may lead to his arrest again.
