Renault, Nissan Boards Meet Before Expected Ghosn Indictment In Japan

According to a report by Reuters, on Thursday, Renault directors were due to be updated on an investigation into suspected financial misconduct by alliance boss Carlos Ghosn, as Nissan's board met to discuss ways to boost governance. French newspaper Le Figaro originally reported that the meetings are set to occur one day before Japanese prosecutors are expected to indict the Renault boss and former Nissan chairman on additional charges.
