Leonardo DiCaprio’s Gets TV Series Order

Description

According to SF Gate, National Geographic is ordering a scripted adaptation of Tom Wolfe’s “The Right Stuff” from executive producer Leonardo DiCaprio. The series is based on the bestselling nonfiction book about the early days of the U.S. space program. The upcoming the series has recently added the executive producer of “Castle Rock” as showrunner and “Game of Thrones” alum David Nutter as director and Executive Producer of the first episode. The first season of the show is expected to take place at the height of the Cold War in 1958, when the Soviets were dominating the space race.
